What are hydrophilic oils?

Hydrophilic (water-soluble) oil is a special product for removing cosmetics, BB, CC creams and deep cleansing of the skin.

It is a mixture of natural vegetable oils, which in contact with water turns into a white emulsion (milk). Due to its special composition, hydrophilic oil binds fat and waxy cosmetic components (including water-resistant ones, such as BB creams, etc.) and is easily washed off with water, providing better skin cleansing than using regular cleansing foams or washing gels.
